Water Flow Systems did an outstanding job for us when we recently lost the pump in our residential water well. Our water supply suddenly stopped late on a Thursday afternoon and we called Gary at Water Flow. He and his assistant arrived the next morning before 11 o'clock, which was unexpectedly fast since we live in the upper reaches of rural Greenville County. Gary was professional and knowledgeable, and helped us understand what was going on. Within a short time he confirmed that the 16 year old pump was in fact dead. By 5 o'clock he had pulled the 340' deep well pipe, replaced the pump with a new one of the same type and put everything back together. But while the new pump provided adequate water flow, the water pressure would not come up to the desired level. Gary suspected that the original water level in the well may have dropped over the years, and now required a more powerful pump. The only way to confirm this was to pull the entire well pipe and new pump out yet again and take additional well measurements. Gary made sure the well was providing a reliable supply of water to get us through the weekend and returned a few days later (after a hard rainy spell), pulled the deep well pipe for a second time and replaced the pump with a more powerful model. Everything worked great after that. Even after the substantial extra work of pulling the well pipe twice and providing a larger capacity pump, there was no additional charge beyond Gary's original estimate, which we felt was fair and reasonable. We highly recommend Water Flow Systems as a reliable, competent and customer-friendly company.
